Watching Grass Grow
Well ... waiting for Barb's white cell count to significantly increase has become like watching grass grow. Her doctors continue to manage her antibiotics and other medications while her immune system is depressed. Based on her last bone marrow biopsy, they are confident that her new cell growth has begun -- it's just taking time.
