Hi Darrell, Your cabin is very much like the home I raised my four children in. My back yard had a large slope down to the lake front where I had built a sandbeach for the kids to play in and a T-shaped pier and bench for them to fish off of. Also, they had a canoe, row boat, sail boat, and two paddle boats. I had flood lights on high poles put up, so they could swim at night. It was a great place to raise kids. My children loved it! In the winter they would play hockey on the ice and of course skate. On the sloped yard they would tobagan down the hill all the way to the lake! We all miss this house! I am soo happy to see that you will be enjoying your cabin with your children and grandchildren.I hope it will help keep your spirits high! I think of you often and hope all is well with you and your family! xoxo Dianne
Dear Darrell~~with such a beautiful spring so far this month, I bet you're making lots of plans to be up north with your kiddos. So many fun memories and pictures of happy times there. I think of you all often. xox
