Rough Day

Earlier this week, we thought Barb's infection was over. Unfortunately, the good news was premature. Barb has gotten a mild fever again, and the doctors are pretty sure now that the infection was not completely gone.While her fevers are just mild ... along with the more harsh antibiotics, the days are tougher. Also, with this type of infection, the doctors replaced her IV port with a less comfortable IV which is less prone to getting infected.

This weekend, we're looking forward to visiting with my Mom, sister (Julie) and her husband who will be here from Chicago.

    Just read the Friday update and wanted to stop by and say hello and hope by now things are going better for Barb???????
