New Direction

There is no easy way to say how sad we are that Barb's Leukemia is not in remission after her 2nd round of Chemo. It has been a long wait for such bad news.Fortunately, there are treatment options which could still achieve remission that we are reviewing with doctors. These are newer treatments that appear promising.

Once Barb has made a decision, we'll post the new plan. We both appreciate everyone's thoughts & prayers.

  6. Dear Barb and Darrell~~this is the first time I've been able to check your blog since arriving in KC Thursday night. I'm just so sorry to know you are in the hospital now. When I left you were walking the neighborhood breathing in the sweetness of your neighbors. You are in our prayers daily. Try to keep your spirit. Listen to beautiful music. Love, Pam
